In this section of the website, I have collected together resources and links that might be useful. It is a work in progress that is evolving continuously. I can obviously take no responsibility for the work of the authors that I list, or for the content of other websites. If there is something that you have found useful, tell me and I will include it. If any of the links are broken or the material is out of date, then please let me know.
I have tried to make things as simple as I can, and to be open minded and non-judgemental. However, it is impossible to be completely neutral or to put something in a public website that is helpful for everyone.
